MEET JONATHAN FIDANI

With over 10 years in the industry, Jonathan Fidani brings unique expertise and perspective to College Clarity Consulting in his role as Silicon Valley/Bay Area Consultant. Jon guides you through the process in a way that minimizes stress, brings the family unit closer together, and delivers on options and outcomes. He has a knack for bringing college applications to life. Selecting a college is a major life decision, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be enjoyable. Jon sees to this by building a strong relationship with each student, developing a personalized/achievable plan, and remaining by your side each step of the journey.
 

Jon most recently served as a lead counselor at a high performing high school in Palo Alto, CA. Prior, he counseled for 6 years at a prestigious college preparatory school in Claremont, CA. In addition, Jon brings years of experience and understanding as an Admissions Reader at the University of California, Los Angeles. In an effort to stay up-to-date in an ever-evolving field, he attends regional and national conferences, regularly connects with college admissions officers, and visits colleges and universities domestically and abroad.
 

Jon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Azusa Pacific University, a Master’s Degree in Counseling from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Certificate in College Counseling from the University of California, San Diego. Jon is a licensed Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist, while also holding a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling (PPS), and Advanced Authorization in Child Welfare and Attendance (CWA).
 

Jon is a member of the American School Counseling Association (ASCA), and the National Association for College Admissions Counseling (NACAC)
